Application & Entire Agreement

1. These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of goods by you from us (Stock Market Vintage Wholesale Co. Ltd), a company registered in England and Wales under number 12094320.

2. These Terms & Conditons are deemed accepted by you when you accept the invoice and will constitute the agreement between us and you.

3. These Terms & Conditions and the invoice apply to the purchase and sale of any goods between us and you, to the exclusion of any other terms which may be claimed to apply by trade, custom or course of dealing.

4. We are a wholesaler of second hand and vintage clothing.  All sales are strictly business to business and consumer legislation is therefore not applicable to any of our transactions.

5. All hand-picked  items are sold as seen and are non-returnable.

Price

6. The price of goods is set out in our invoice.

7. If the cost of the goods to us increases due to any factor beyond our control including but not limited to alteration of duties or changes to delivery rates, we may increase the price prior to delivery.

8. Any quotations provided to you are exclusive of VAT and will be subject to VAT in the final invoice.

Cancellation

9. Either of us can cancel the order for any reason prior to your acceptance of the invoice.

Payment

10. We will invoice you upon placement of your order or upon your completing your hand-pick.

11. The goods will only be sent or relinquished to you once payment of the invoice has been received in full in cash or by cleared funds in our bank account.

12. We accept payment by cash, bank transfer or credit/debit card.

Delivery

13. We will arrange for the delivery of the goods to the address specified in the invoice as requested by you.

14. If you do not take delivery of the goods we may, at our discretion and without prejudice to any other rights:

a. Make arrangements for redelivery of the goods and will charge you for all associated costs and expenses including, but not limited to, transportation, storage and insurance; and/or

b. After 14 days resell or otherwise dispose of part or all of the goods.  We will return any payment from you less our reasonable expenses including delivery charges.

15. Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only. We will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the goods that is caused by a circumstance beyond our control or your failure to provide adequate delivery instructions.

Limitation of Liability

16. Our liability under the contract, and in breach of statutory duty, tort, misrepresentation or otherwise will be limited to this section.

17. All warranties, conditions or other terms implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted  by law.

18. If we do not deliver the goods, our liability is limited, subject to clause 19, to refunding your payment for the goods.

19. Our total liability will not, in any circumstances, exceed the total amount of the invoice.

20.We will not be liable in connection with the goods, for:

a) any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, or expenses; and/or

b) any loss of the profits; anticipated profits; business; data; reputation or goodwill; business interruption; or third party claims;

c) any failure to perform any of our obligations if such delay or failure is due to any cause beyond or reasonable control; and/or

d) any losses caused directly or indirectly by any failure or breach by you; and/or

e) any loss relating to the choice of the goods and how they will meet your purpose, or the use by you of the goods supplied.

Law & Jurisdiction

21. This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales and any disputes arising under or in connection with the agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

If for any reason you are not happy with your order and wish to return it, we can accept your order back in full for an exchange, store credit or a full refund minus the original shipping costs. The return shipping costs must be covered by you. We are not able to accept partial returns.

For hand picking, items are chosen at your own discretion and we are therefore unable to accept returns on any hand picked items from our warehouse once they have left our building. 

For video hand picking, we always try our best to let you know if an item is faulty, however if for any reason this is missed, we are happy to accept the item back for an exchange, refund or store credit.

If you would like to return your order or have any issues, please send an email to: info@stockmarketvintage.com with your order number & a reason for your return. We must be notified of any returns within 7 days of your order being delivered. All items must be returned to us in the original condition that they were sent in within 28 days of receiving your order. We can not be held responsible for the loss or damage to goods whilst in return transit. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to be processed.

When booking a virtual video hand pick session with us, a £35 upfront service charge is payable to secure your booking. If you need to cancel your appointment, we must be notified with at least 48 hours notice prior to your appointment. Any cancellations made after this time will be non-refundable.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Stock Market Vintage Wholesale Co. Ltd. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

Privacy Policy

We respect the privacy rights of all of our customers and understand the importance of keeping your personal data safe & secure. Any personal information you share with us will only be used to ensure you receive the best possible service from placing an order to delivery to the correct address. When placing an order, with your consent only, we require your name, address, contact number and email for invoicing and delivery purposes. By visiting this website, you are consenting to our privacy policy and the terms and conditions outlined above.

Pricing & VAT 

The prices of our products on this website are inclusive of VAT  for UK customers. For European and International customers you will not be charged VAT by us however your order may be subject to taxes upon arrival in your country (see ‘Customs & Duty Taxes’ section below). Prices on this website do not include shipping costs, any shipping costs will be calculated and added at the checkout if applicable.

Customs & Duty Taxes

For customers based outside of the UK, VAT & import duty charges may occur upon arrival or before release of your delivery from our courier. These charges are the full responsibility of the customer & must be paid in full by the consignee (customer). We are not responsible for these charges & are unable to advise on them as each country varies. For more information on charges you may incur, you should refer to your government website. 

In the event that the customs charges are left unpaid & the courier is unable to deliver, our courier may return your shipment to us & the charges for the return shipment/costs involved will be deducted from your order refund total as well as the original shipping charges.

FAQs

Why do I have to pay VAT?

We're a VAT registered company based in the UK, and by law, we're required to charge 20% VAT tax on any orders from the UK. However we do not charge for shipping with all UK orders!

Do I have to pay customs duties and import VAT?

How do I track my order?

Customers can track their Shopify orders through the Shop app or by visiting the order status page. The app provides real-time updates, delivery notifications, and live map tracking, while the order status page allows customers to check their order's progress.

What shipping options are available for the UK?

We ship with 512.All orders that are processed before 11pm will be shipped the same day. Orders in the UK take 1-3 Business Days. We provide free shipping to all UK buyers.

What shipping options are available for EU?

For EU buyers we ship with UPS and offer UPS Express, UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express Plus, UPS Worldwide saver and UPS Saver. Generally all orders take (1-3 business days, with express aiming to be next day)

Shipping to different EU countries varies so please just add the  products you would like to your cart to calculate shipping costs. For more accurate shipping quotes, please send us an email to info@stockmarketvintage.com with your order requirements, zip code, city and country.

What shipping options are available for 'Rest of the world'

For 'Rest Of The World' we ship with UPS and offer UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express Plus, UPS Worldwide saver. Express should arrive within 2-4 business days and Expedited should arrive within 7 Business days.

Can I update my delivery address/ personal information?

For UK buyers please contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will ensure we update tracking details.

Can I cancel my order?

Your cancellation request must be submitted to us within 48 hours of placing your order. If your order status is unfulfilled, a full refund will be issued. If the 48-hour window has passed, orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled. Please carefully review your selection before completing your purchase. 

What is the return policy?

If you experience a discrepancy with your order and wish to return it, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Submit your return request within 14 days of delivery for authorisation.
  2. Authorisation: If your return request is approved, we will issue you with further instructions for return.
  3. Return Conditions:
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returns are only authorised for Grade A products. Grade B/C/D or REPAIR products are non-refundable.
  • Unauthorised returns will be refused and returned to you
Can I visit your warehouse to see the merchandise in person/ handpick?

Yes we do offer handpicking at our warehouse as well as personalised orders if you have any requests for bundles/styles you aren't able to find on the website. Please contact us to enquire.

What is the quality of our stock?

All bundles are Grade A unless stated otherwise. As all items are hand graded, some Grade B pieces may be included due to human error. Check our our Grading Guide for more information.

Due to the nature of our products, which include used and worn items, there may be a grading variance of up to 10% due to human error. We recommend laundering items to maximise their selling potential.

What sizing can I expect within the grade?

Unless otherwise stated, our stock includes a mix of sizes from XS to XXL. Some sale bundles may also include Large Youth sizes or extended fits up to 3XL.

How often do we update stock and inventory?

Our warehouse has regular deliveries and stock updates. We aim to ensure that we provide the best possible grades of stock for our customers. We upload new bundles to our website weekly. If you have any particular requests you can contact us using our Live Chat on the website and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
