VAT Information
We are a VAT-registered company based in the UK and are legally required to charge 20% VAT on all UK orders. However, shipping is free for all UK orders—no additional delivery fees apply!
Customs Duties & Import VAT (For International Orders)
For customers outside the UK, customs duties and import VAT may apply upon arrival or prior to delivery release. These fees are the responsibility of the customer (consignee) and must be paid in full.

If customs duties are unpaid and the courier is unable to deliver, your parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, any return shipping costs and original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund total.
